Qualification
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customer, employers and coworkers effectively
- Able to manage multiple reservations and customer information, ensuring efficiency
- Proficiency in reservations system and other relevant software
- Friendly and helpful assistance to customers
- Handling enquiries, managing bookings and resolving issues simultaneously
More Qualification
- Diploma in hospitality or tourism management
- Two years of experience in hotel operations
- Good customer service, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills in MS Office, email
