Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring conversion of pre banking demands and repossession
- Ensuring retention of customers
- Addressing customers concerns
- Providing support to all other functions of the department
- Ensuring all new customers are on boarded successful
- Ensuring settlement are done timely and according to the company

Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Public Administration, Business administration or related
- Two years of experience
- Good in computer use
- Communication skills
