Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in any educational background
- Four years of field sales experience in the same region
- Preferably having worked in micro finance, Banking or Telecom field Sales
- Passionate about working with rural, ofc grid comsumer and resolving issues
- Entrepreneurial spirit with quality of being able to work independently and figure things
- Process oriented individual and work styles
- Driven by social mission to provide energy to customers in rural communities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
