• Three years of experience in implementing animal production projects in rural setting 
• Experience  in project management  role and use of project management  cycles in delivery of development 
• Demonstrated experience  in implementing multiple sectoral projects  is advantageous 
• Experience implementing donor funded  projects 
• Experience  in delivering  technical  assistance 
• Bachelor Degree in animal sciences and production  with three years of experience in domestic animal management  
• Clear and undoubted experience  in delivering short and long term projects 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English  and Swahili 
• Experience  in working  with government officials, donor  and multi partner
