Monitoring and controlling all sections of the plant process lines from the CCR
Providing constant feedback and guidance to shift coordination engineer
Reviewing plant automation systems and make recommendations for improvement
Prepare details reports on work undertaken
Supervise casual staff to ensure smooth operation and cleanliness
Achive cement and clinker production targets during respective shift
