As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled HR Supervisor in Tanzania to manage key HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Strengthen employer branding to enhance the company’s appeal to potential employees.

Compensation & Benefits (Payroll Management)

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and tax regulations related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and other allowances.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

HR Compliance & Operations

  • Maintain HR records, employment contracts, and payroll documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Provide HR reports and analytics on recruitment, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Implement HR best practices to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, payroll systems, and tax regulations.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in payroll processing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
