As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled HR Supervisor in Tanzania to manage key HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Strengthen employer branding to enhance the company’s appeal to potential employees.
Compensation & Benefits (Payroll Management)
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and tax regulations related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to maintain market competitiveness.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and other allowances.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
HR Compliance & Operations
- Maintain HR records, employment contracts, and payroll documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Provide HR reports and analytics on recruitment, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Implement HR best practices to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll management.
- In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, payroll systems, and tax regulations.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in payroll processing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
