Elewana Collection Hotels are looking for the Hotel Sommelier to join their working team. A Sommelier is specialist in wine service and will be responsible for ordering wine , stocking wine and serving wine to guests
You will be responsible for educating the guests of wine and you must also be familiar with food pairing principles in order to make recommendations

Duties and responsibilities
Informing guests about the various types of wines available
Ensuring the wines are stored and displayed
Keeping track of wines that pair well with our menu
Keeping sufficient wine supply amounts across the establishment by managing inventory
help in selection of wines for those interested
Assuring that the wine cellar is stocked to fullest
Partnering with the chef and food and beverage manager when choosing meals
