Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, administration, law
- Five years of experience in international luxury brand Hotel or lodge
- Know of Tanzanian labor laws and cultural understand
- Good communication skills and listening skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good Organisation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
- Able to respond to range of work
