Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Three years of experience in food and Beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort Setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficiency in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
