POSITION: Customers Service Intern
You will support marketing operations through performing various tasks such as updating computer databases, report writting, providing market research and collaboration with other departments on deliverables
Duties and responsibilities
Handling external communication with customer includes inbound and outbound calls
Telesaling through outbound and inbound calls to generate leads
Creating and maintaining clients leads databases
Following with leads generated through customer care log
Handling and solving customer queries and complaints
Provision of service and products information
Processing forms , orders and applications requested
