Qualifications and Experience:

We are currently hiring for Branch Manager to join our working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. As a required candidate you should have the following qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or Marketing, candidate with Master’s degree will be added advantage.
  • 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing branch operations by ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Leading and mentoring the branch team to achieve required targets.
  • Ensuring your activities comply with the banking regulations and internal policies.
