The Organisation aims at empowerment of society especially women through creating sustainable enterprises and jobs to different branches of moshi and Arusha.
The organization works with marginalized communities in the area of economic and social empowerment by using a participatory approach that focuses on helping to fight poverty and vulnerability and the organisation works on provision of Training, skills and support so that to enable people living in poverty basically women
