The organisation started from the initiative of fifteen people living with HiV /AIDS whose goals is to create network and mobilizer resources to help people with HIV/AIDS
The Org anization fight over the spread of HIV disease and focuses on people living with HIV. Currently the organisation has expanded beyond HIV/AIDS and related issues to other development interventions were it cover beyond HIV/AIDS around 8Regions of the countries. The organisation works with FHI360 in implementing projects in Arusha and Shinyanga Regions in Tanzania
