About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping consumer insights, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and driving brand growth. In this fast-paced environment, your work will directly impact market share, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth across EEA’s diverse markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Campaign Marketing: Lead the execution of product marketing, promotions, trade marketing, and consumer campaigns across EEA markets.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all EEA brands adhere to set guidelines, maintaining consistency in design and messaging.
  • Campaign Design: Develop quarterly campaigns aligned with commercial KPIs, analyze their impact on annual targets, and manage campaign budgets.
  • Customer Segmentation: Refine target audience definitions and align marketing initiatives with identified customer archetypes.
  • Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with CX and Sales teams to create initiatives that drive customer engagement and commercial growth.
  • Global Initiatives: Lead project management for global campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Marketing Apparel & Graphics: Oversee centralized purchase of branded apparel and review campaign visuals in collaboration with graphic designers.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-driven professional with the following:

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years in marketing, communications, or branding, preferably with experience in advertising or a B2C-focused industry in Africa.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, extract insights, and refine marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, strategic planning, and execution of engaging campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multicultural teams across various locations.
  • Experience in developing high-quality, impactful brand materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project management experience is an added advantage.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in French is a bonus.
