As a Driver, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences by assisting arrivals, departures, and transportation services. Your responsibilities will include:
POSITION: Front Office/Driver
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, open car doors, and escort them to the lobby.
- Hotel Knowledge: Stay updated on hotel services and amenities to assist with guest inquiries.
- Communication: Effectively hand over information between shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Guest Concerns: Escalate any guest complaints or issues to the duty manager for resolution.
- Transportation Duties: Handle hotel car/bus trips as requested, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Car Key Management: Maintain secure control over guest car keys.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain positive guest relationships, exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
- Parking Maintenance: Ensure parking areas and the key cabinet are clean, organized, and functional.
- Airport and Crew Transport: Coordinate transportation services for airport transfers and crew movements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Vocational training in hospitality or related fields is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in Front Office or Transportation roles is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Driving License: Must hold a valid local driving license and possess thorough knowledge of local traffic regulations.
