Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employers and coworkers effectively
- Able to Manage multiple reservations and customer information
- Proficiency in reservations system and other relevant software
- Able to provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers
- Able to handle inquiries, managing bookings and resolving issues simultaneously
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Two years of working experience in hotel operations
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills in MS Office, email
