Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process of water and carbonated soft drinks
- Oversee entire production of rigid packaging processes from raw materials to finished goods
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency
- Monitoring and manage production schedules to meet customers needs
- Ensure compliance with health safety regulations

Qualification
- Depth knowledge of business process and functions with strong analytical skills
- Budget, financial management and accounting skills
- Good organizational and delegation skills
- Proven leadership ability with track record of inspiring
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, engineering, food science or related
- Ten years of experience in senior managerial position out of which five years in management in Beverage manufacturing industry
- Extensive experience in Beverage manufacturing sales , marketing and distribution
