Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient fuel deliveries
- Inspecting and document fuel shipment to verify compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Monitoring and maintening accurate daily records of fuel levels
- Ensuring that fuel stock levels are adequately maintained to meet stations operational needs
- Conducting regular inspections of storage tanks to check for leaks
- Supervising the process of dispensing fuel to company trucks
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage the scheduling and prioritization of fuel issuance
- Maintaining of detailed records of fuel dispensed to each vehicle for inventory
