Vodacom Tanzania is looking for Customer Experience Specialist to join our working team. You will ensure the company acts and deploy appropriate action in all stages to improve the overall Customer experience  and levels of customer loyalty across assigned touch points 

POSITION: Customer Experience Specialist

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Taking accountability for objectives design and measure 
  • Active participation in the GTM process
  • Gaining understanding of customers requirements 
  • Review of As within assigned product 
  • Qualitative and Qualitative insights on existing products 
  • Design and implement 
  • Appropriate experience KPI measure for a particular product 
  • Building effective professional  relationship with business partners
