As Program Support Specialist-Youth development at Compassion International you will healp in the implementation of child development programmes and interventions. You will provide basic knowledge in one subspecialties in this field and helpful in holistic child development areas
POSITION: Program Support Specialist-Youth development
Duties and responsibilities
Maintaining personal relationships with Jesus Christ
Act as advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children
Understand Christ mandate to protect children
Contributing to the work of partnership facilitators and cross functional staff and managers within an assigned area
Help to deliver programming within a single area of expertise
Maintaining and supporting the implementation of strategy within assigned area
Support the ongoing development and implementation of local program design in alignment with the global objectives
Providing information to management and other decision makers regarding allocation of appropriate resources.
Healp in the implementation and monitoring of specific holistic child development strategies and interventions
