POSITION: Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist
Your Role
As a selected Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist at Kuehne and Nagel, you will be required to work in the import and export of products while ensuring profitability and efficiency. You will be required to focus on providing outstanding customer service by optimizing processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzing service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with the National Sea Logistics Systems and Process Manager to drive digitalization and automation.
- Working closely with the Operational Care Centre in the improvement of process efficiency and knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of working experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
Problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in both English and Kiswahili Language is required.
