The position holder is responsible for Primary supervision of all center Agent who works to attend both incoming inquiries and make outgoing call for reconciliation, delinquency testing, dropped out customer and social performance surveys. The candidate should ensure maximum customer satisfaction by supervising the call centre and handling customer inquiries on time
Degree Holder in Customer relation, Business administration or any related field
Three years of experience in supervising call center
Clear understanding of microfinance bank activities
Good knowledge and comfort dealing customers from diverse societies
Very good analytical and reporting skills
