Qualification
- University degree preferably Tourism or hospitality
- Three to five years in management positions and F&B strategy development
- Advanced English, local language, third language will be valuable
- Able to produce the budget definition
- Knowledge of investment plans in F&B as well as pre opening
- Orientation to new F&B trends
- Advanced command of office 365package
- Knowledge of hotel operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Able to lead team.
